Born in Angola, I began to live in Portugal at the age of five.

This first major change, not only geographical but especially cultural, soon gave me an understanding of the importance and peculiarities of human relations and interculturality. Realizing that these are the two factors that are preponderant in my choices, whether academic or professional.

I’ve studied hotel management and anthropology, and dedicated the early years of my career to the development and application of behavioral programmatic content, especially in companies in the tourist area., having collaborated in a very regular basis with the two major Portuguese hotel groups.

For believing that the true and only behavioral change can only be done internally, lead me to devote my time, passion and energy to the study of NLP (neuro linguist programming), Coaching, Trance, Hypnosis, Non Verbal Communication, EMDR, Systemical Organizational Constellations, among others techniques that I choose to apply on a daily basis either personnel, or in developing individuals and teams .

I work with executives and teams in Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Kazakhstan, Thailand, and Brazil, with the sole intention and will to lead people to their full potential, becoming better and happier.
