Working with In Wine Company, we were creating a multidisciplinary group of technicians with large experience in both team coaching and enology field.

We combine team coaching techniques with one of the star products of our country, the wine

Being located in Lisbon, the company has partnerships with wineries spread in all main wine regions, taking advantage not only of the product differentiation but also of the geographical location and regional specificities.
